Refund policy

Important Information:
- 30-Day Returns: Return requests can be made within 30 days of delivery.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
- Refund Timing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Eligibility Requirements: To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn and in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return: To request a return, please contact our support team at support@cornerstreet.store and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is eligible under our Return & Refund Policy. Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed. Returns should only be sent to the return address provided by our support team.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at support@cornerstreet.store with your order details and exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund may be offered in accordance with this policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error, we will provide return shipping at no additional cost.
Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 10 business days.
